Do I need to buy a Mac Mini?

No. We can use your existing Mac Mini, or we bring one as part of the Business and Premium packages. We'll recommend the right model for your needs.

Will my data be private?

Yes. Everything runs on hardware in your location. Your conversations, customer data, and business info never go to a third-party cloud server. AWS is used only for encrypted backups — which you control.

Do I need to know anything technical?

Not at all. We handle the full setup. After handoff, you interact with your AI assistant through Telegram — just like texting. No terminals, no code.

How long does the setup take?

Typically 2–4 hours on-site. We arrive, set everything up, train the AI on your business, test it, and walk you through how to use it before we leave.

What are the ongoing costs?

After setup, your main cost is the AI API (roughly $10–30/month depending on usage). AWS backup is around $1–3/month. Optional monthly support with us is $150/month.

Do you serve outside Toronto?
